Maybe this is an old topic, but I was just thinking about it. The whole weight loss thing. I donapos;t feel like I can do it. I keep hitting bumps in the road. Iapos;m ready to go ANOREXIC, folks, unless you know a more inexpensive way that doesnapos;t involve dogs chasing me and loose blue jeans chaffing my thighs *dogs in the neighborhood and no sweat pants*. SO, I can hardly afford normal food, let alone healthy food. How, without skipping food, do I combat cravings when by mid-day Iapos;m starving and all I have are hot dogs and wheat bread or ramen noodles? And how do I work out (barring in the house, naked, which I canapos;t do because of my room mates)? GRRR Living in the boonies has itapos;s definite pluses, but the lack of places to jog is one of those things that is not one of them. I canapos;t wait until we have the house to ourselves again and I can get back into doing yoga/pilates in my underwear and a tank top *guys, trust me, not a pretty sight. If you just imagined something hot, it was so not me you imagined*
